FFP Global Will Hire 400 to Meet Client Growth for Its Outsourced Call Center and Fulfillment Services Westborough, MA (October 21, 2008) - With 2008 shaping up to be a very strong growth year for client programs, FFP Global, a provider of call center services, fulfillment services and business process solutions, will continue to expand its headcount in both its Massachusetts and California locations during the remainder of 2008 and throughout 2009.
This past May, the company was recognized by Massachusetts Lt. At the time, Elise Chow, FFP Global's President and Chief Executive Officer, announced that 50 new positions would be added to the Fairhaven operation in 2008.
However, with demand for FFP Global services continuing to accelerate, the company will now add 100 positions in 2008 and during 2009 expects to add another 120-150 positions in Fairhaven, MA.
The company's Rancho Cordova, California location, which includes a call center, fulfillment center and regional offices, will end 2008 with 60 new positions. Over the next year, a projected 150-200 positions are planned to be added here. According to Linda Manfredi, FFP Global's Chief Operating Officer, "Outsourced business process solutions and contact center services are in demand as companies seek to lower costs and increase operating efficiencies. In addition, our clients want to make sure that they are consistently marketing to and closely caring for their customer base during these challenging economic times."
"Specifically, there is a significant demand for our contact services among brand conscious sectors, ranging from apparel to entertainment companies. Many of FFP Global's e-commerce based clients, especially environmentally oriented companies, are rolling out upgraded web sites and new marketing programs, which also benefit our fulfillment centers and business process solution consulting divisions." says Manfredi. "Although the economic slowdown is unfortunate for a lot of folks, it enables FFP Global to draw from a skilled talent pool and fill key positions throughout the company," says Maureen Sterling, Director of Human Resources for FFP Global.
