Case study example: Event Marketing
  

Problem - This client launched a new alternative marketing initiative involving a variety of event based sales channels. The client's call center appeared to be entering each customer order. The call center did not have the process or systems in place to accurately track each order and in many cases utilized paper and spread sheets to monitor sales activity. The ineffective process resulted in half of all orders entered being mishandled and lost. The client was quickly loosing customer confidence and needed a remedy to this problem.

  

Solution - FFP Global conducted an assessment identified order processing bottlenecks and the primary causes of lost orders. FFP then designed and implemented a web-based Order Management Facility that streamlined the flow of order information through multiple order processing systems.

  

Result - After careful study FFP was able to develop a working solution and implemented a new system in approximately 35 days. The client experienced a dramatic upturn in order completions. Successful order completion rose from 50% to over 93% as a direct result of the FFP Global order processing solution.
