Elise Chow
President and CEO

Mrs. Chow joined Digital Equipment Corporation in 1979 and is a 20-year veteran of the computer industry. Leveraging her broad experience in manufacturing, logistics, strategic planning, and human relations helped her establish Digital's first software manufacturing site in the Asia Pacific Region. One major accomplishment was reducing worldwide inventory level of spare parts by eight weeks while increasing service quality to a 95% satisfaction standard.

Elise won an award as Asian Entrepreneur of the Year in the Service category from Asian Enterprise Magazine in May of 2005. She was also featured in the April 2005 issue of Fortune Magazine in their article entitled Partnering for Profit. In 2002, 2003, and 2004 the Boston-based Commonwealth Institute, which is a CEO forum of women entrepreneurs, selected FFP Global as one of the top 100 women-led businesses in Massachusetts.

The Boston Business Journal has listed FFP Global among Boston's top 25 minority/women-owned businesses for several years. In 2001, SBC Communications named FFP Global Vendor of the Quarter for exceeding sales goals. In 1998, Mrs. Chow won the Businesswoman of the Year Award from the Boston-based Commonwealth Institute.


 
 
Chan You Chow
Chief Technical Officer

Chan You Chow holds more than 25 years experience in architecture, design, implementation of information systems. Since 1996, he has provided the technology direction for FFP Global's growing portfolio of client centric applications that range from a customized client portal to dynamic script engines for our call centers. His comprehensive technical capabilities uniquely blend with an in-depth understanding of business processes. As a result, the company is able to select the best available technologies/platforms and or develop new applications where an ideal solution is not available.

Previously, Chow served as President and Chief Engineer for SNI Innovation. He co-founded SNI Innovation in 1993 to design consumer communications products; including Caller ID units, telephones and software-based computer telephony products. SNI Innovation developed and manufactured products specifically for several of the Regional Bell Operating Companies and two leading consumer electronic brands. Chow was awarded two U.S. patents including one for a Caller ID product that manages incoming phone calls based on preselected criteria. In addition, Chow holds a patent for a universal voice mail indicator light used for telephone company voice mail service.

Prior to SNI Innovation, he co-founded Supernetics Inc. an engineering consulting firm. Chow holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Rhode Island


 
 
Linda Manfredi
Chief Operating Officer


Linda Manfredi; Chief Operating Officer; joined FFP in Dec 2004. Linda has over 25 years of inbound and outbound teleservices experience with one of the nations top 10 multi-vertical call center outsourcing firms as well as the world recognized international financial group Citicorp.

Her teleservices and CRM expertise includes holding the positions of District Manager, Regional Manager, Chief Operations Officer, Vice President and President. During her career she designed and managed all call center operations, customer support, client services, sales and marketing, human resources, finance and IT departments supporting over 2.5 million phone hours in over 30 locations internationally.


 
 
Jane E. Caola
Controller


Jane E. Caola brings with her 30 years of accounting experience in a variety of industries including the manufacturing, transportation, education, technology and human service sectors. Prior to joining FFP in August of 2007, she was Chief Financial Officer for a multicultural social and human services agency. The organization's mission and vision embraces diversity and empowerment of women, minority groups and disadvantaged individuals through education and skills development.

Jane has been responsible for restructuring organizational debt and the design and implementation of fiscal policies and procedures as well as budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. Jane graduated Summa Cum Laude from Worcester State College and holds a BS in Accounting and Finance and is currently completing her Masters in Business Administration from Framingham State College.


 
 
Maureen E. Sterling
Director, Human Resources

Maureen E. Sterling is responsible for overseeing all FFP Global Corporation’s Human Resources affairs. Building on her extensive Human Resources background Ms. Sterling manages the Company’s Human Resources efforts to better serve its employees and customers. Further Ms. Sterling plays a key role in advancing FFP Global’s long-term strategic initiatives with senior management.

Ms. Sterling joined the Company in April of 2005 as Human Resources Director. In this role, Ms. Sterling has been integral in further building the Company's human resources infrastructure and raising the bar for employee performance.

Prior to joining FFP Global, Ms. Sterling worked for E*TRADE Financial, where she focused on employment related matters. Ms. Sterling received a BA degree in Psychology and Human Resources from California State University, at Chico.
